I'm sorry that it has taken so long to post about the second letter in the article from The Times magazine which I wrote about hereon the 3rd April. This next and final letter was written by Justine Picardie (a favourite writer of mine) to her niece. My family makes fun of my passion for non-fiction in both my reading habits and TV viewing. I love to read books and watch documentaries about the 'real things' in life, and am fascinated by people and their behaviour. But there has only been one book that I just had to stop reading as it was just too painful for me finish - it is called 'Before I Say Goodbye' by Ruth Picardie, sister of Justine, who died leaving her 2 year old twin son and daughter. Here is Justine's letter to Ruth's daughter who is now 13.
Beautiful.
