I'm here, I'm here. So sorry I've been neglecting you but it's been rather hectic. Too busy. But today I made myself stop and actually do something I really wanted to do. Sew. So I spent a wonderful day in my cosy dining room, the radio by my side with the summer rain falling outside. I haven't actually finished so it looks like more tomorrow - yay! I will do a show and tell tomorrow.
But something I want to show you today is my latest project.
My tapestry cushion which I bought for 50p at a car boot a fortnight ago. All the flowers have been done and it's just the background to finish, but I am loving it. It requires no thought and is very portable so have taken it everywhere (on the train to Salisbury, in the car to Taunton) and am looking forward to backing it and making it into a cushion. So that's it for tonight and I'll be back tomorrow. x
