I shouldn't really be blogging feeling so utterly blah. I wasn't going to but I needed to get my laptop out for something else and I was feeling guilty that I have ignored this little space for what seems an age. So I thought I would just say hello and show you my 'new' crocheted throw for the back of the sofa. Found at Totnes market.
I'm a bit of a sad bunny at the moment for various reasons. I'd like to tell you that I've lost some weight but I don't think I have. I don't actually have any scales so don't know that for sure but going by looks..mmmm..certainly not Gwyneth yet.
Poor Anth's mother has been very ill. It is so awful being on the other side of the world and not being able to go and see her - I do feel for him and the rest of the family. It's so damn expensive and so far.
And there are changes for me at school which...well..we will see..
What a year it's been - I feel quite buffeted by life and just want things to go back to normal but it seems to change on a daily basis at the moment and it doesn't always feel for the best.
Even the weather is cold, but at least I have a little ray of sunshine with my yellow crochet throw and I'm hoping for some of the real stuff soon.
